that things will get better and the two of you will get back together.

active. Join a gym, take a class of some sort, join a book club, or
start a hobby. These can all help you meet new people, make friends and
ultimately stay active.

Last of the steps to
get your ex back is have patience. The last thing you want is to look
desperate and contact your ex a hundred times a day. Instead, wait a
week or two before even contacting them. From there, talk a couple of
times casually and set up a time for the two of you to have lunch or
something light. This will help build the anticipation since the two of
you have not hung out in nearly a month. Your ex will see how well you
are doing and realize how much they miss you.
